PAN1760A Host-Mode Change Baud Rate

I am using a PAN1760A operating in host-mode, using v3.4.1 of the API. We are sending large packets (~130 bytes) from an Android device to our target system, and are experiencing connection intervals of ~150ms. I would like to increase the baud rate from the PAN1760A to our host processor to see if it helps with decreasing this delay. The SDK documentation lists the method

bt_api_ven_set_baud_rate_tc35678_79

to change the baud rate in TCU mode. The definition for the method lists 3 parameters: "first_ratio", "second_ratio", and "port". I cannot find documentation for what values these parameters can take, or even what they represent. The datasheet for the TC35678 lists an oversampling number and a dividing ratio. Are these the parameters I'm modifying? I cannot find a sample that uses this method in the SDK. Is this even the correct method to use?

Any help is appreciated.
